Ajisen Ramen in San Gabriel

Excellent Japanese ramen place. Broth was very tasty, pork excellent, with good service, cordial but not overbearing.

This place is deliciously full of awesomeness, they serve you a abundance of noodles, the flavores of all the ingredients and spices just overwhelm your taste buds like a typhoon ransacking your tongue, they have a plethora of soups to choose from. This place is one of my favorites to visit in the cold season.

Everytime I eat the Chirashi , I always have stomach. The soy sauce is super salty, I guess additional salt are added .

The service was good and the staff were nice. I had the Ajisen Ramen Noodle bowl. The broth was lacking in flavor for me a little. I have been eating Ramen noodles my whole life. Maybe next time I will try something else. This was my first time here. The hot honey lemon water was very good.

The place seems a little overpriced for the food you get, but I'd go back.

I think this chain has over 800 locations in the world. I love their Tonkatsu Ramen. Service is fast and efficient and prices are very reasonable for the food quality. Never have to wait long for a table to get free and they're very consistent from one visit to the next. I've never been unhappy with this place. Also, I think they cook the broth overnight because it's one of the best I've had anywhere. This is my local Ajisen Ramen but I'd be surprised if any other location wasn't as equally good.

When I crave ramen, I always find myself wanting to come here. Their crunchy California roll (6 pieces for $6 something) and squid legs (about 6 pieces for $6 something also) are really good. I always add curry base to the soup broth for a small additional fee, delicious. They also serve Hokkaido scallops here, can't find it at many other restaurants. Their milk tea is pretty good and the strawberry slush tastes like candy. I don't normally like slushies but I do like this one here. Setup wise they have a separate area where they seat the parties of 2 which is really convenient. I've never really had to wait very long for a table.

I like the ramen while my son likes the beef bowl. They have lunch menu. The drink however is quite pricey without refill except the hour tea is free of charge.

I forgot how good this ramen place is. It was one of the original ramen place that created a buzz over a decade ago. And even now it is still really good. The venue here is somewhat tight.

Great ramen, at great prices. Definitely a place to visit! The melon pudding was very good too.

Ive been here many times with my family. Food is great. Doesn't look too clean especially if you sit at the adjacent add on section. Window sill is always dirty. I am a tea fan but I didnt get my second cup of tea refill. Waitress never offered. My husband and I returned again same thing happened. They are very slow for the 2nd tea refill.

We met with friends at this place for dinner. we heard about this spot from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. the crew were so friendly and we felt very good. The meal was yummy. We loved this spot a lot and we shall absolutely come back again. Highly recommended.

They have 1 waitress to handle an entire section. How great can the service really get. Food is ok. Nothing special. $11 for fried rice, now that's overpriced.

Best service ever great food the Roman was so good that even I forgot to put any soy sauce I forgot to drink my soda because the ramen juice were So Good I definitely will recommend this place to go eat

I celebrated my graduation last night in this great place. I am glad to say that we had a pleasant evening and the venue was certainly the reason for this outstanding meeting. The waiters helped in a pleasant style, the cooking was yummy and my guests were extremely cheerful. We shall definitely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

The food here was fantastic, and I really liked their milk tea. It's a small place, but feels bigger than it is. I'd have to say I recommend you try it at least once.

Good quick Japanese dinery. Can't go wrong with the spicy beef noodle soup. Fried tofu is so good...

The food here one of my favorite Ramen spots for a pretty cheap price. The ABC Ramen is to die for as long as you like pork most of the suitcases are pork heavy though so swine haters beware. Service is good but not the best place to go if your group is loud might get a couple of side eye looks from the staff and other patrons.

Finally got to eat here ever since the Valley blvd one closed down....still awesome Ramen

Son lives in Pomona and spoke about noodles. He drove up to meet there. That should say it all. Also have a screened patio to enjoy your meal. Reasonably priced good service. 😋

Great tasting ramen. I get the beef ramen #35 and it is yummy. The bowl size is enough to fill you up and you get a great meal for your money. They also have buy one drink get another free. If different parties are paying in one table be sure to let them know bc the cashiers are really young and sometimes have trouble speaking up or asking for the bill breakup. The air condition needs to be turned up bc it is warm in their which doesn't feel nice. A bit stuffy.

I used to give this place a five star. But I'm going to take out 3 more star because I came here recently during dinner time and it was terrible. Customer service was okay nobody look like they were pay attention to the customer, two guys were talking to each other only one lady was working hard but she was busy on the other side. I wanted to go boss and my check I waited about 20 minutes to get it. I order a Ramen with BBQ pork. I am still shocked how less soup and less noodles I had. It was literally half a bowl . I used to come here and I remember it was at least almost full bowl

Very well kept and convenient restaurant. They provide generous portions and for economical prices. I loved the menu very much and the waiters were super amiable and informative. Highly recommended.

Waitress mistook our order, ramen was undercooked. We were sat I'm the external seating area and it was a slow night, but the waitress only came to our table to take our order and bring out food, no refills and we had to hunt down staff to get the check and pay. I now understand why this place hasn't been too busy the last couple times I've been here.

Great location. The soup is a bit oily. Come in for great customer appreciation 9/3-11/30. Cheap $7-8 ramen from Monday - Wednesday

We arrived at this restaurant for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff were very polite and we felt very good. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

I love this ramen place! It has decent pricing and their ramen is delicious! I usually just get plain ramen and sprinkle it with the sesame seeds and the spice seasoning (tograshi). Price is around 8 bucks for the plain ramen. They also have lunch specials!

Good service there, only problem is the receipt that didn't take grub hub when it supposed to. So I had to edit it by crossing out the regular price and mark it down that I purchased it from grub hub.

Yummy noodles. Great prices. My favorite is the the ajisen best combo. They call it the ABC combo. You must always add an egg!

Bomb ramen and reasonably priced!!

Food is very inconsistent, sometimes is good sometimes isn't. But dragon roll is the best in the area.
